Taiqaa//Ambe Omaa

Artistic duo Taiqaa//Ambe Omaa melds Anastasia’s Yup’ik throat singing traditions with nibiiwakamigkwe’s Nunavut-based throat singing teachings. The duo will perform Indigenous throat-singing in the Witwen Gazebo and share stories and background on the culture of throat-singing.
