Opening Reception of Produced & Attracted

Join us in celebrating Wormfarm Institute’s 25th year! On Friday, October 3, we open Produced & Attracted: Wormfarm Celebrates 25 Years of Artists from Reedsburg and Beyond in our Woolen Mill Gallery (Reedsburg, WI).

Curated by artist and Wormfarm board member Catherine Schwalbe, the exhibition features 50 former resident artists and Farm/Art DTour artists.

The title nods to a 1984 City of Reedsburg survey that once claimed the city had “not produced or attracted many artists.” In joyful contradiction, this exhibition showcases the artists who grew here—whether they stayed for 10 days, a growing season, or call this place home.
