Indian Pickle with Manmohan Singh

Hall of Fame chef and culinary Director at Kama in Chicago, Manmohan Singh will demonstrate the tradition of fermented Indian pickle. Also known as Achar in Hindi, Indian pickle is a staple for expanding the palate of any meal to be sweet, sour, salty, spicy, or all of these at the same time! Create your own take-home pickle fusion. Proceeds will be donated to the Sikh Society of Wisconsin.
