Join Chris Patton, Founder & President of the Midwest Elderberry Cooperative (MEC), and local elderberry grower Bob Anderson to learn everything you’ve ever wanted to know about this native Wisconsin fruit! MEC manages networked relationships with 160 elderberry growers throughout the U.S. with the goal of 2,250 acres of farmed and sold elderberries by 2025—producing and marketing native North American elderberry and flower product ingredients to (mostly) small food and beverage businesses.
